Ubicado en un entorno excepcional a las puertas del parque natural de Peñas de Aia en Oiartzun, debe su nombre a la antigua FORTALEZA de 1786.
Cuenta con tres espacios diferentes : dos estupendas terrazas, una exterior otra interior y un increíble comedor.
Entre semana ofrecen un fabuloso menú del día y los fines de semana es un PLANAZO para quedar con amigos, tomar el aperitivo y compartir unas croquetas caseras,
calamares , unos bocatas y después quedarte a tomar un copa en su terraza con vistas a los verdes montes,
después de haber disfrutado de una excelente comida es todo un PLANAZO.
En Fortaleza, la BRASA es también una gran protagonista y los fines de semana puedes disfrutar de carnes y pescados a la brasa si prefieres comer de una manera algo más formal.
Si eres fan del RODABALLO aquí tienes que probarlo. Y otra cosa que debes probar es su Parrillada carne mixta (2 pers)

La vía verde de Arditurri en Oiartzun, es una maravillosa ruta compartida por peatones y ciclistas.
Located in an exceptional setting on the doorstep of the Peñas de Aia Natural Park in Oiartzun, FORTALEZA takes its name from the historic fortress dating back to 1786.
It has three wonderful spaces: two fantastic terraces, one outdoors and one indoors, and a beautiful dining room.
During the week, they offer a fabulous daily set menu, while weekends are perfect for meeting up with friends, enjoying an aperitif and sharing homemade croquettes, calamari or delicious sandwiches.
And after a great meal, staying for a drink on the terrace overlooking the lush green mountains is an absolute PLANAZO!
At Fortaleza, CHARCOAL GRILLING also takes centre stage. At weekends, you can enjoy delicious grilled meats and fish if you prefer a more traditional sit-down meal.
If you’re a fan of TURBOT, you simply have to try it here! Another must-try is their mixed meat grill platter for two, featuring blood sausage, chistorra, criollo sausages, pork, pork ribs and chicken, served with a side dish.
They also offer a wonderful weekend set menu.

Sistertip: One of our favourite plans is to hop on the Euskotren, get off at FANDERIA and follow one of the most beautiful greenways all the way to FORTALEZA.
The Arditurri Greenway in Oiartzun is a wonderful route shared by walkers and cyclists.
Situé dans un cadre exceptionnel, aux portes du parc naturel de Peñas de Aia à Oiartzun, FORTALEZA doit son nom à l’ancienne forteresse datant de 1786.
L’établissement dispose de trois magnifiques espaces : deux superbes terrasses, l’une extérieure et l’autre intérieure, ainsi qu’une incroyable salle de restaurant.
En semaine, on y propose un excellent menu du jour et, le week-end, c’est un SUPER PLAN pour retrouver des amis, prendre l’apéritif et partager des croquettes maison, des calamars ou de délicieux sandwichs.
Et après un excellent repas, prolonger le plaisir autour d’un verre sur la terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes verdoyantes, c’est vraiment un PLANAZO !

Sistertip : L’un de nos plans préférés consiste à prendre l’Euskotren, descendre à FANDERIA et emprunter l’une des plus belles voies vertes jusqu’à FORTALEZA.
La voie verte d’Arditurri, à Oiartzun, est un magnifique itinéraire partagé entre piétons et cyclistes.
Oiartzunen, Aiako Harria Parke Naturalaren atarian, ingurune paregabean kokatuta dago FORTALEZA. Bere izena 1786ko antzinako gotorlekutik dator.
Hiru gune zoragarri ditu: bi terraza bikain, bata kanpokoa eta bestea barrukoa, eta jantoki ikusgarri bat.
Aste barruan eguneko menu bikaina eskaintzen dute, eta asteburuetan PLANAZO ederra da lagunekin elkartzeko, aperitiboa hartzeko eta etxeko kroketak, txipiroiak edo ogitarteko goxoak partekatzeko.
Eta bazkari bikain baten ondoren, mendi berdeei begira dagoen terrazan trago bat hartzen geratzea ere sekulako PLANAZOA da!
Fortalezan, TXINGARRAK ere protagonismo handia du. Asteburuetan, txingarretan prestatutako haragi eta arrain goxoak dastatzeko aukera dago, mahaiaren bueltan lasaiago bazkaldu nahi baduzu.
